Building Management
Your Building Manager is responsible for making sure your PACIFIC Bondi Beach complex continues to look and feel fantastic by looking after the common area maintenance.

Your Building Manager will also:
- Install lift protection during your move
- Advise the Body Corporate on issues concerning common property
- Supervise works on common property
- Manage the observance of PACIFIC Bondi Beach
- Manage the disposal of garbage from allocated refuse rooms

Hours of Operation

Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) 8:00am to 4:30pm

 Situated in lobby/basement of PACIFIC Bondi Beach.

Hours of Operation

Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) 7:00am to 11:00pm
The Concierge's desk is located at the level one near the residents lift.
