QT Hotel
QT Residences will provide a unique hotel apartment offering. Each sensational sun-kissed apartment offers the ultimate in chic beachside glamour, individually styled to capture the quintessential Bondi experience. A retail space
Retail and a supermarket positioned on the street and atrium level of the building has been designed to provide you with additional amenity right at your door step. 

Securities

The perimeter of the building is secured between 1:00am and 6:00am. You will require your electronic access card to gain entry. In circumstances where you do not have your card, please identify yourself to concierge or security for access. 

Access keys & swipes

Keys, swipe cards and fobs for each apartment will provide access to:
 
- Car park swipe card and fob 
- Building Entrance Doors swipes 
- All lobbies swipe
- Apartment entry doors swipe 
- Pool & gym – subject to membership swipe Window key Letterbox key
- Storage Cages lock by owner 

Lost or additional key or swipe card is available from the building manager at a small fee.

Resident Access

Access to residential areas of the building is only permitted to holders of an authorised electronic access card.

There are three main lift lobbies which provide access to apartments

  • Campbell Lifts (Central Concierge) on Level 1
  • Lifts 1 & 2 are to be used for accessing apartments: 
  • Level 2 – access all apartments (convenient to 209-212, 223-228)
  • Level 3 – access all apartments (convenient to 309-312, 323-328)
  • Level 4 – 408
  • Level 5 – 506 – 508, 516 - 519

Please note that access to other residential floors other than yours is restricted at all times.

  • Beach Lifts (North) 
  • 
Lifts 10 & 11 are to be used for accessing apartments:
 
  • Level 2 – all apartments (convenient to 213-222)
  • 
Level 3 – all apartments (convenient to 313-322)

  • Level 4 – 409-412

  • Level 5 – 509 - 515

In addition to the above lifts, the Retail Lifts located in the main retail arcade provide access for all Level 1 Apartments in addition to their use as retail lifts.

  • Level 2 – access all apartments (convenient to 201-208, 229-232) 
  • Level 3 – access all apartments (convenient to 301-308, 329-332) 
  • Level 4 – 401 - 407

Vehicle Access

Vehicles access to car park is from the driveway entrance located on Curlewis Street. Residents access into and out of the car park is with a remote control fob. Residential parking is segregated from non-residential parking by secondary shutters or remotely operated bollards (also operated by the remote control fob).

There is no visitor parking, but paid parking is available in B2 level.

Height clearance in the car park is set by the height bar installed at the entrance of the car park being a maximum of 1.95 metres. The maximum height clearance was an inherited feature of the existing building structure. Any vehicles over this height are prohibited from entering the car park.

Visitor Access

You can provide access for your visitor by audio visual intercoms which are located at each secured entry lobby.

After-hours visitors should use the Ground Floor Campbell Parade or Level 1 Beach Road intercom to seek access into the building and then proceed to the appropriate Lobby on Level 1 and access the appropriate lift lobby.

Visitors entering from the basement car park should proceed to the appropriate Lobby and use the intercom to seek access. 

Pedestrian Access

Public Access through the building between Gould Street / Beach Road and Campbell Parade is permitted between 7:00am and 10:00pm seven days a week. 

Campbell Parade access is available between 6:00am and 1:00am to reach the Supermarket and subject to restrictions the Level 1 retail and basement car park.

Bike Parking

Parking facility for bikes are located in basement 1 & basement 2. 

Car Wash

A car wash facility for the residents is located in B2 parking level.
